Return & Warranty
We offer a 30-day free return policy with a satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags.
To return a product, we will send you a prepaid return label and you will need to go to a drop-off point to return the product to us.
Initiating a refund typically takes 48 hours from the time we receive the returned product.
Once the refund is initiated, it may take 7 to 10 business days to receive the refunded amount due to your bank's processing time.
