Return and refund policy

At Trippin Store, we are committed to providing you with high quality products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Return conditions

Deadline to return an article

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

State of the returned articles

  • The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all intact labels.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the article does not meet these conditions.

Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service: Send us an email to bonjour@trippinstore.com With your order number and the details of the item you want to return.
  2. Receive your return label: We will send you a return label prepared by email.
  3. Prepare your package: Place the item in its original packaging and include all the accessories, manuals and other elements received with the product.
  4. Ship your return: Glue the return label to the package and place it at the nearest point of deposit.

Refund

Refund process

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your reimbursement.
  • If your request is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund deadlines

  • Initiate reimbursement generally takes 48 hours from the moment we receive the returned product.
  • The receipt of the reimbursed amount can take from 7 to 10 working days due to the processing deadlines for your bank.

Trade

Exchange conditions

  • If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the article to us by following the return procedure above.
  • Once we have received the item returned, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

Exceptions

  • Some articles cannot be returned. Personalized products, gift cards and on sale items are not returning.

Damaged or defective items

Complaints

  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at bonjour@trippinstore.com With defect photos and your order number. We will guide you in the return or exchange process.

Return fees

  • The return costs are the responsibility of Trippin Store. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
